A: What are the various ways to place an order at Steptall?

You can order any of our products- On-Line: Browse products, select colour/size and place
in shopping bag. Add more items by browsing, when finished go to checkout.
Review your order and enter your billing details and delivery details.
Review your total and then enter your card details and submit. Finally,
print your order confirmation page.
Browse > place in bag >

order form. To use the online form, select all your items and place them in
the shopping bag. View your shopping bag and select online order form as

B: Can I search for an Item on the website?
|
|
Yes, you can search for an item if you know the product name. Type
the product you are looking for in the search field and click "find it". The
product is displayed if it is available.

C: Can I return an item?
|
|
Yes. Changed your mind? No problem, all we ask is that you
return the items unworn (it s usually okay if you tried them on a carpet)
and in a re-sellable condition using the slip in the delivered parcel within
10 days of delivery for UK orders or 20 days for International orders. Your account will be credited with the equivalent
amount paid less the shipping cost. We cannot refund shipping cost as it has
already been used for sending the item. If you exchange, you may not have to
pay shipping twice. When you return shoes, place them in the box
with heel facing away from one another. We advise that you
get a proof of postage when you do return items to us for your protection.
If you returned your order and are eligible for refund, your refund may
take up to 10 days to reflect in your account. We usually send out an email
confirmation of the refund.

D: Can I cancel an ordered item?

Most items ship soon after you place an order so it can reach you
at the earliest time. We may not be able to cancel your order

F: What is my size in UK?

We currently carry Ladies size 41 to 46 European and 7.5 to 12 UK.

G: How is heel height measured on a shoe?
|
|
Heel height is measured from the inside of the heel (inside meaning
the part of the heel that faces the front of the shoe) from top to
bottom. Wedges are a bit different, they are measured from the
highest point of the wedge to the bottom.

H: Do you stock wide widths?
|
|
Yes, we stock a limited quantity of wide widths. 'W' indicates wide
fitting shoes. For example 10W means 10 wide.

I: What are your Postal methods and charges?
|
|
Shipping is charged by weight.
UK & Channel Islands (3-5 days)
Shipping a pair of light weight Summer Indian slip-on is
charged at £3.75. A pair of shoe is charged at £5.75 and Knee length Boot is
£9.75
Add £2 for each additional Shoe and £4 for additional Boots.
Shipping charge is capped at £19.75 regardless of the quantity you purchase.
Europe & USA (5-10 days)
Shipping a pair of light weight Summer Indian slip-on is
charged at £7.75. A pair of shoe is charged at £9.75 and Knee length Boot is
£13.75
Add £2 for each additional Shoe and £4 for additional Boots.
Shipping charge is capped at £23.75 regardless of the quantity you purchase.
Rest of the World (10-20 days)
Shipping a pair of light weight Summer Indian slip-on is
charged at £17.75. A pair of shoe is charged at £19.75 and Knee length Boot is
£23.75
Add £2 for each additional Shoe and £4 for additional Boots. Shipping charge is
capped at £33.75 regardless of the quantity you purchase.
Stated timing can be affected by postal strike, but orders should be fulfilled within times under normal circumstances. We would do everything possible to ensure your orders are shipped on time, however we cannot
accept responsibility if the courier delays the delivery. Orders placed after 2pm (GMT) on Friday will not ship till next working day, which is Monday. Likewise, orders placed on U.K. bank holidays will not ship till next working day.

J: How can I track the status of my order?

You can track the status of most orders by following the
instructions in the email you will receive once you place an order and it
has shipped. Email us if you do not receive a shipping confirmation email 3
days after you placed an order and payment has been collected.

N: Pricing/Taxes

We are VAT registered and displayed prices include VAT. VAT is
applicable to purchases delivered within the EU, If the delivery address is
outside the EU you will not pay VAT, the VAT amount is deducted from the
cost of the items selected at checkout, but you will be charged a flat fee
of £5 for administration. International deliveries may attract
local taxes, please check with the customs in your country

No, we do not offer catalogues at this time. You may browse all
items online, or see us at events.

P: Can I visit your shop?
|

We currently do not have a shop and our products are available for
purchase on our website. You may return unsuitable items, please see more
information on Returns. We will be organising occasional events where our
products will be displayed and available for purchase. Complete the

My Order has not arrived?
We usually send out a dispatch confirmation email to customers. If your
order has not arrived 1 week after you placed your order, email us us with
your order number on the subject line.
Please wait 10 days for international non UK orders.
Problems with Payment
My card has been declined. We advise that you first check with your bank
then if necessary email us a suitable time to call you to collect payment
via telephone.
My Card was debited more than once
This is unusual and may happen if customer used the back button on the
payment page and resubmitted their order. Please email us, we will
investigate it and refund and over payments immediately. Please do not
include your card details in the email.
Order confirmation not received
If you have placed an order and did not receive confirmation, it is
possible that your email returned our confirmation or your email address on
our system is incorrect. Please email us with your order number on the
subject line.
Problems placing an order

so we can help complete your order by phone.
Unable to complete order
Please email us telling us your billing and delivery address.
Received faulty shoes
